Question keyboard keys issue

hi guys, my keyboard keys are spamming z-? keys when I press shift or hold it .... these keys wont work unless I hold shift but it will also open random apps or folder once I pressed the shift key.

I thought my keyboard is broken so I tried to use a different one but it also has a problem with the shift key.

Anyone know how to fix this? I appreciate every helps thank you

Rule out the original keyboard to be faulty by using KeyboardTester and then do the same with another keyboard off the same system. You might want to see if the culprit keyboard has the same experience on a donor system.

Mind sharing specs to your build and the make and model of your keyboard?

g4600 gtx 1050ti hyperx 8gb

I was using a rufus to create a image while creating my pc went wild and it starts opening stuffs and typing random things.

both of the keyboard I used had the same problem both typing random letters unless I hold the shift ... I suspect it has a virus or something but I tried to clean install it but remains the same
