The issue I am having is that the keyboard is very slow to respond after boot or wake up. It eventually comes to life.
I am using a wireless 2.4 mouse/keyboard combo that shares the same usb dongle. The mouse works perfectly fine. USB dongle is near both and batteries are fresh. I've had this issue in the past and was able to solve it by removing unneeded start up programs. I checked and do not see anything abnormal except I'd like to kill the adobe updater. Also, the mfg has sent me a new combo so I don't think that could be it.
Also, I have changed my log in from password to image gesture to avoid the keyboard lag. If I try to type once logged in, the same lagging exists.
I ran CCleaner and malwarebytes and have avast. No issues there either.
This issue pops up intermittently.
