I have a sharkoon skiller pro.

Every light goes off except for one light after I shut down my pc, I have checked my bios and turned off everything related to power as far as I know.

Why does one light still stay on and how can I fix this?

m1 & m2 are profile keys, i read that much in your manual

on peripherals tab of bios, perhaps turn Legacy USB Support off, its only purpose is to allow mouse keyboard to work with ms dos
under Power management there is Power on by Keyboard and Power on by Mouse but this only works with PS/2

they are about all I can see in bios that might effect this. Its not going to be windows as PC is off, Windows is asleep.

You can always turn off Fast Startup, that will actually turn PC off when you shut it down, its normally just asleep. Shouldn't need to do this though.

If you're speaking about the fast boot, I disabled this as it didn't allow me to get into the bios so that is not the problem. I will have to try turning Legacy Usb Support off. I will try this when I get home and update you on my results regarding this matter.

fast boot is normally a BIOS setting, stops all USB devices from working or just speeds up the post speed

Fast startup is part of win 10, sets PC to actually turn off when you shut PC down. The default is hybred hibernate which saves half open programs to ram and other half to hdd so when you start PC up it is super fast as it has half the stuff in ram already. This can play havoc with drivers that aren't built for it.

I will have a look at this aswell, thanks.
Edit: Did not have any luck turning off Legacy Usb support.
