[SOLVED] Keyboard lights up but wont type

I just bought a 60% rgb mechanical keyboard, and the lights light up, but it doesnt type. Its a motospeed 60% on amazon. any ideas? theres a red light glowing from the usb c port, and i have tried unplugging and replugging into different slots.

Is the keyboard also wireless? If it is, it may be set to bluetooth by default. The last two I bought were setup that way.

it is bluetooth, and there was a switch on the back that said off and on, not sure if that was it

OK, so what happens when you use that switch? Does turning off the wireless make it work on the USB cable?

They both dont work

The caps lock button is a solid blue color, and never switching even if i press it or change the backlight.

Go over the manual a bit see if there is a hotkey to swap between bluetooth and usb also. If you can't find anything, contact support for it or exchange it.

Ok i found that i need to press Fn + tab to switch between wired and wireless. U are a life saver man thanks
