Keyboard malfunction

Hello,
could anybody help me with my keyboard problem, it looks working fine but the backspace butoon does not erase words, letters or phrases when necessary, maybe because i use it much correcting documents, there is a problem of dust maybe or a more serious problem with software ?

might be gunk stuck in the key... try pressing it down and up fast a few times. try blowing out the keyboard as well with some air while doing this..

if that doesnt work then you probably have a broken button and there isnt much you can do on cheap keyboards except replace the keyboard.
