I installed SCP Server to use a PS3 controller on my PC, but that somehow overwrote the drivers for keyboard and mouse, and I can't use them, not even on safe mode, so I can't even log on Windows.

I don't have a system restore point to roll back to.

I tried deleting the .inf files created today through command prompt, but it didn't work. What else do I have to delete to make these new drivers disappear so that Windows can reinstall the old drivers?

Solution
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << if you don't have one, its a handy boot drive

Did you try system restore, it should have made a restore point just before it installed drivers

you might have to do a reset. if you want to save any info try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

reset only effects C drive so if you have multiple hdd, you can copy info onto the other one. it will mean reinstalling all your programs again.

Start up repair
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.

two choices, save files/settings (files = libraries like music, pictures, movies. Settings = logins) or wipe it all.
either choice win 10 will restart and reinstall win 10
