First time posting here. I've just recently purchased a new PC

The problem im having is sometimes when i start my computer my keyboard & mouse wont work and i have to restart for them to respond. This only happens when i start the computer from being completly off. I have a Gigabyte mx5000 mouse & a Razer deathstalker ultimate keyboard. They are both working properly on my previouse computer so im certain they are not dieing.
