Question keyboard/mouse not woriking in windows new install

both keyboard and mouse working in bios

fresh win 7 ultimate install

once move on windows 7 from bios, lights on keyboard and mouse go off, no keyboard , no mouse (cannot insert my username to finish win install

i have a stick with a win 10 but is not recognized at boot
