I have been looking up this problem for hours but all of the answers make no sense to me as I am relatively new to all of this. I have just replaced the ram, CPU and motherboard on my pc and now the keyboard and mouse won't work when windows starts to load, they work fine in the bios screen if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like something corrupted Windows' usb drivers.

it work in the bios due to the bios having its own "drivers" for the keyboard and mouse.

It's possible the hard drive is failing, which can cause corruption of drivers.

Does your bios have a diagnostic test you could run for the hard drive and or whole computer?
