Keyboard multi press issue

when im doing anything on my keyboard eg gaming adn try to press the w and most of the other keys at the same time it wont input either key. Is this a hardware issue and can it be fixed without a new keyboard eg is it just maybe a dirty switch or something or do i have to claim warranty on it.

What keyboard is it?
Most of then especially membrane type only allows a few key presses at once for fill n key Rollover (the term for pressing multiples key at once you'd) need a mechanical one)

nevermind i fixed it by removing the keycapof the set of keys and cleaning them all
