Question Keyboard needs pyhsical reconnecting via cable to be recognized

Hello,

my keyboard Havit KB 395L is not recognized by my PC when I start. It has no light - so I guess no power - and does not accept any inputs. To fix this I have to un - and replug the cable. First I thought it was a issue with my monitor USB-Port so I changed the USB to the rear of the PC. But same issue there.
Can somebody help?

Is your keyboard connected to a usb 2.0 (black) or a 3.0 usb (blue) connection on your computer?
if on a blue one try using black one and see if it still locks up,
if on a black one try using a blue usb connection and see if it still locks up.
