Keyboard no longer operates correctly. (Or basically at all)

I have a black widow chroma mercury and it lights up just as it should but windows self updated and now none of my keyboards are working correct. When I attempt to type an “I”, according to Ease of Acess, it says i’m Pressing tab. The space at works correctly as well as enter. All the other keys do not work. The keyboard does light up just as it shiuld. I I tried an old PS2 keyboard and same things. I can’t sign into windows nor can I sign into system restore. It says language is US so it’s not that

EDIT:
Windows is now preforming self maintenance. Repairing disk errors. I’ve had W10 only a week and it’s updated twice. And both times it broke something. I’m about to go back to WIN7

EDIT 2:
Still the same issues after it repaired itself. Going to try another keyboard that is also USB as maybe it was not ready the PS2 one

do a CLEAN install of windows 10, upgrades almost never work properly. They should not even be offered as an option. and if it is repairing disk errors, you have drive problems and that can cause system performance degradation, freezing, etc
I sure hope you made sure all your parts were compatible before Frankenstein-ing it together
