[SOLVED] Keyboard not responding at all how to fix?

I own a mechanical keyboard. I was playing games and it just stopped working. When i press key it doesn't respond but the rgb lightning is still there. What confuses me the most is that not even numlock or capslock or even the fn key seems to be working. With fn key i was able to switch 2 different lighting modes and then it stopped responding too.
I'very tried fixing it via software with uninstalling and reinstalling it and the drivers and it didn't help. So I'm 100% sure its a hardware issue so im asking here what i should do when trying to fix it without breaking it.

just to make sure the pc still work with another keyboard?

sound like the keyboard control board might be the issue
