Keyboard not responding

I have a Toshiba Satellite S855-S5381 laptop. My keyboard stopped working. The num lock light is on but none of the keys are responding. Can you help?

Try uninstalling the keyboard driver from Device Manager & reboot the laptop(it will automatically re-install the driver when it comes back on). If it's still not working, the keyboard may have gone bad. Luckily the keyboard is really cheap($12 - $17 on ebay and available in black or white).

You don't need to find it as it's built in to Windows, no external driver is required.
