Keyboard not working in windows 10(Code19)

I have Logitech g510s keyboard and its not working in windows 10 all of sudden . its working in bios too .
In device manager shows "windows can not start this hardware because configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged code 19"

Edit Solved it myself it was my Avast Antivirus in the new Windows Creators Update i uninstalled the Avast and everything working fine

I have to reinstall the windows to make it work but what could be the issue ?
And can it be solved without installing the windows ?
