Keyboard not working

okay so here's the problem: i forced a restart of my pc and now it doesn't recognize any keyboard. the keyboard works fine on others PC's and in the bios so it's not a problem of the keyboard. I've tried to unplug and plug about a million times and restarted. I've tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. and i even tried to plug another keyboard but doesn't work either. i think the basic windows keyboard drivers are messed up. any ideas?

Oh also my keyboard is a razer deathstalker and the os is win10

Other USB devices work correctly?

Can you try to get into Device Manager using only a mouse?

Other devices works fine mouse works fine usb keys works. And yes I've already tried to go on device manager. That's how i uninstalled the drivers to try to reinstall

The fun fact is that ANY keyboard i try don't work not only the razer one

EDIT: now it say error 19 in device manager. It looks like a register error
