Keyboard not working

Ok so I was playing overwatchwhen all of a sudden my character was stuck in crouch. Then I tried to take it out but that didn't help. I pressed escape to restart the game but it just opens the windows menu. I restarted my computer and none of my keys were working right. My letter keys weren't doing anything tab was adding characters (I couldn't see what since I was logging in). But when I went into BIOS to test it the keyboard was working perfectly fine in there. Can anyone help me?

Check to make sure none of the keys are stuck. It may be working in the BIOS but special keys don't work in there.
