Question keyboard not working

so i bought a new monitor so i can have dual monitors and ever since i plugged it in i cant search on cortana and some games i cant use my keyboard on. on minecraft windows 10 edition i can look around with my mouse but i cant move around with my keyboard but on the java version of minecraft it works perfectly fine same with google chrome and my file explorer those work fine but minecraft windows 10 and my cortana search bar wont type

I need to know about your computer. If was prebuilt what is the make and model? If not what is the motherboard, graphics card and what kind of cabling is being use to connect the monitors; what kinds of ports are the cables plugged into; ie VGA, DVI, HDMI are examples. Finally are you using a two into one adapter to plug both monitors into one plug on the back of your PC?
