Question Keyboard only doing shortcuts

my keyboard seems to be stuck in some sort of shortcut mode I have tried all the solutions from other threads whenever i press t, edge opens a new tab, s tries to download the page I'm on, r resets whatever I'm typing, I'm using the on-screen keyboard to type this out

One of your Ctrl keys is stuck on, which is likely a hardware issue. Whack them both hard a few times to try to unstick it.

If that fails then the next step is to try a different keyboard.
