Question Keyboard Only Working in Win10

Hey, i'm a shopkeeper, i have small retail computer store, i just sell my keyboard "Imperion X2 Mark II" but then my customer complain about it...

He said the keyboard is Double Typing, he bring it to my store... Because he make video about the problem so i trust him, he went home... But then i curious about the problem so i tried it on my pc

But the keyboard works fine, nothing wrong about it, just like all normal keyboard, no double typing or such thing... I tried it on my another pc with windows 7, it's true... The keyboard is double typing like crazy, not just one key but all of them, even the backspace key,, i've tried all solution i found on google,

Nothing works!!

Works normall on win10 but not on win7,,, any solution?

Well, the truth of the matter can be that the product itself might be faulty. I've had a number of mice that only exhibited a flaw when on a specific OS version or on a specific platform. Perhaps see if the keyboard has any drivers that need installing? You could remove the keycap and see if there's dust or debris under the switch.

Thankyou for the warm welcome and for the reply, i know about computer thing or two, but i'm at my limit so i ask this forum, from what i've heard this forum had best people to answer about computers

When the keyboard sold out i restock it... And when it arrives i test it too on my PC, but the result are same...
There's no driver for it since it membrane or "Basic" keyboard,

I've ask the Repair Center from it's brand, i tell about the problem and the new keyboard when it arrives, they said "Then it's not broken, even if you send the keyboard here, what should we do? It no need any repair"
