Question Keyboard PCB Not Recognized By Windows

I recently attempted to build a custom mechanical keybaord. The pcb I chose was the KBDFans kdb6x (https://kbdfans.com/collections/60/products/kbdfans-kbd6x-hot-swap-pcb). When I went to flash the board (it doesn't come pre-flashed), QMK wasn't picking up the board. It turns out that windows couldn't recognize the board either. When I went to device manager it was labeled as Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

Because windows isn't recognizing the pcb Zadig isn't working. When I go to select a device, it says Unknown Device.
