Okay, so i just finished building my new gaming computer...
specs:
cpu: intel i7 4790k
gpu: msi gtx 970 twin frozr
motherboard: gigabyte gaming 7
hdd: western digital caivar blue
sdd: samsung 250gb
ram: 16gb
cpu cooler: phantek phdc12

and I've been playing I've noticed that whenever I play games using a keyboard, a controller is fine, I hear a weird beeping sound that is very brief. When that happens, what ever key I'm holding, it can be ctrl, w, or shift, etc, it almost seems like it gets locked and my computer keeps acting like I'm still pressing that key. So say I'm holding ctrl and w to crouch and move forward, and i want to release ctrl to stand up and I hear the beep, it will keep me moving forward, even if i take my hands off the keyboard, i will keep ctrl walking. It seems to do it when I'm using multiple keys at once. This is getting incredibly annoying and ive looked in my settings but i don't know how to fix it. I also have noticed that sometimes my keys will not work until I hold them don't then i hear the beep boop again. Please help and tell me if you need more info, I tried to tell you as much as I could think of. Do I need a new keyboard?

Looks like you may of enabled the sticky keys function of windows.

You can change the settings of how your keyboard works via.
Start.
Control panel.
Ease of access.
Change how your keyboard works.

In there you will find the options to disable sticky keys untick the check box.
Also untick turn on toggle keys.

The single short beep is sticky keys enabled.
And also toggle keys set to enabled.

If you untick both your problem is solved.

No, that still didnt work, i had sticky keys already off but i turned off some extra settings in it. Im still having issues and now sometimes my mouse when I tried to open chrome and use the scroll wheel to get to your response is zooming in and out.
