Keyboard problem on games

Hey there, guys! Sometimes, when I want to press on a key to move or jump, it just does it just like when you try to type and repeat a key so many times, making the player really slow or just jumping delays. This only happens a few hours later when using the computers. It just annoys me. Restarting the computer fixes the issue, but I want a method without restarting! I want a quick answer! Thank you.

So your keyboard goes into a debounce mode like the key is being held ?
next time it happened, open notepad is it writing a letter ? if yes you may want to check with another keyboard, doubtful the motherboard is at fault here.
