Question Keyboard problem: RGB turns on but not detected by computer ?

I have a new keyboard that is connected by a USB-C cable but when I try plugging it in, the keyboard rgb turns on but the keyboard is not detected by the computer.
It works with other devices, just not with my main computer ?

its a custom tofu 60% and yes all other keyboards work with my computer

I have a custom tofu 60% keyboard and when I plug in the keyboard to my computer it doesn't seem to detect the keyboard but with other computers the keyboard works.

Could be the USB port is not sending out enough power for the keyboard, happens at times, and some keyboards actually have dual USB cables to draw the extra power. Are you using USB A to USB C or USB C off the computer also?

If your system has a USB C port try that. Also check in device manager to see if the keyboard is detected but is in an error state. Just hook up a second keyboard that works if you need to along with this one.

device manager doesn't say anything nor does it detect the keyboard at all. I've also tried my old keyboard and its works fine on my computer.
