Keyboard problem

Hello,
our microsoft wireless keyboard is typing wrong letters for @ and " both are transposed. it is set for UK we are in Australia, can anyone help please?

What country did you buy the keyboard in? Whatever country the keyboard was purchased, windows needs to be set in that language.

go to control panel -->change keyboards or other input methods --> change keyboards. Then add English (Australia) or English (United Kingdom) depending on where the keyboard was purchased. Delete the other language if there is one on that list, because I've seen before where it bugs out and defaults back to the wrong language despite having your default set to the correct language.

Apply changes, reboot.
