Keyboard problem

hey all, just finished a new pc build. First time building one and i am running into problems with my keyboard (razer usb keyboard)....the keyboard works fine when connected to my laptop but for some reason when connected to the new comp it acts weird. It will sometimes type the letter multiple times and other times its not as responsive as it should be. I know being a first time builder i may have made a mistake in something, just need a little help in figuring out where.

yup have drivers installed, still same problem.....when i get a chance a little later in the day ill get another keyboard hooked up and report back here. thanks for the help
