Keyboard randomly gets "Unrecognized device"

Hi ! I have a HyperX Alloy FPS keyboard and sometimes i get an error from windows "Unrecognized device" and the keyboard disconnects. To fix this i need to unplug and plug the keyboard in the usb slot a couple of times until it works. Why is this so? I have Windows 10.

does keyboard have its own software? Is it up to date?

the keyboard is plug and play...and idk about the drivers for the motherboard, i reinstalled my windows 1 week ago.

is PC a brand name or Custom build? If brand name, what make/model? If custom, what motherboard do you have?

I would go check makers site for either PC itself or motherboard and see if you have the latest motherboard drivers. Win 10 if left alone might get newest or just a pack the maker gave to Microsoft for the model, when it was first made. Helps to check.
