Question Keyboard Reset K6

I downloaded some software from keychron and now my keyboard presses random keys and holds them down/opens microsoft apps constantly, and worst of all none of theys I press actually respind. So I know for my keyboard (Keyhron K6) I need to hold fn + z + j for 5 seconds to rese it, but since it won't respond, that doesn't work. Any other way to reset it? (Any other help is appreciated too)

Thngs I've tried:
Restarting PC
Unplugging and replugging in keyboard
Reinstalling software
Uninstalling drivers

I downloaded some software from keychron
If that doesn't help, I think you first try uninstalling some software and see if that reverts the keyboard to what it was out of the box. Speaking of out of the box, did you check to see which OS the radio switch is set to?

Yes, it's on the correct OS (windows 10)

Fixed it, it was the wrong software (there was different software depending on different switches)
