Question Keyboard restriction!?

Recently I bought new parthica core gaming keyboard, and I realised while playin' cs go that when I press for example shift+a+4 it doesn't work.
I will try to explain all combos.

(shift or ctrl, results are same)

shift+a+4 doesn't work.
shift+s+4 doesn't work.
shift+d+4 doesn't work.

shift+w+4 works.

shift+a+1 works.
shift+s+2 works.
shift+d+3 works.

What I want to say is that only when I press SHIFT or CTRL and A or S or D and 4 it doesn't work.
If I press SHIFT or CTRL and W and 4 it will work.
Pressing SHIFT or CTRL and A or S or D and any other number except 4 it works.

Does anyone know why is this happening and can I fix it somehow? I am used to press 4 while switching my utilities in cs go. Is there way to fix this or I will have to bind other keys for my utilities?

Actually I just realised ctrl works. Only shift combo is problem. This is very weird. I can press more than 5button in same time according to this site: https://en.key-test.ru

But still. Shift+a or s or d+4 doesn't work. Weird. Maybe I will just change function of button 4 to button 5 in csgo.
