[SOLVED] Keyboard shortcut " Ctrl+V " suddenly changed

I have desktop running Windows 10 and I was doing Excel when I noticed that I couldn't paste with "Ctrl + V". Excel tells me "(s)" but if I do Ctrl + S, it will just save.

it's not just in excel it's everything I use!
- I tried to restore my computer because it might be some updates
- I tried deleting the keyboard drivers device Manager and updating - didn't help
- I tried unplugging my keyboard.
- I tried switching languages

is there a way to restore or change the shortcut back?

is it the same in any other program? In other words, maybe its excel only?
does it happen in word or any other office programs?
