Hello

First thing I want to say, I am more of a Mac user than PC.

So, I know that to get the degree symbol up, you need to type a code using alt and this code is 0176 however I only know this due to just looking it up again. I would love to change this, so I can just simply press alt and o and it would pop up, something simple and easy to remember. The only problem is I have no idea how to do this, the only videos I can find online show how to get the symbol map up, the codes typing (they are a minute long with most of that is the intro lol) or I have found a video that this will only work for certain applications. Am I able to set this to just a simple alt + o keystroke?

Second, this is a more hourly issue, as I do things online, or offline, and I am using a British Logitech K360, the @ and the " symbols are in the wrong places for my muscle memory and how I learned to type. It completely stops the flow of my typing when I come across this and unsure how to fix if i can? The apple keyboards show the @ in the US keyboard layout and not the British version. I am the only one who uses my PC and my keyboard, so it wont effect anyone.

I know, if this is possible the solution would be either extremely simple or extremely hard to do.

Thank you for any help you provide.

What you need, is to remap your keyboard. There are several ways to do this,

To get the ° symbol, you could either look up the command from the net, OR copy/paste the symbol to any supported text file. And when you need to use the symbol again, just open the text file containing it, select it and copy/paste. <- I sometimes to the latter with ° symbol. Or you can always look into remapping the KB.
