My desktop boots up, the wireless keyboard lights up and then the computer turns the keyboard off. I cannot do anything without the keyboard, can't enter my password.
The mouse still works. The keyboard fob is plugged directly into the computer USB port.
I replaced the batteries, then bought a new keyboard but the same thing happens. The light comes on but the computer turns the keyboard off.
