RMA the keyboard. It's got a bad switch, a bad trace, a bad/bridged diode, or there's something conductive stuck underneath that key. Either way, those keyboards are a pain to service, and the issue could cause more damage depending on the cause.
Basically, that's shorthand for "return it and have them send you a new one". Go to the place/website you got it from to get instructions on how to do it.
