Keyboard stops working after inserting usb stick

So i installed ubuntu server to my usb stick and after i insterted it onto my other computer when i plug it in keyboard stops working in bios. I have googled about this and i cant seem to find anything about this. Without usb stick keyboard works normally but STRAIGHT after plugging it in keyboard stops working

Is this a desktop or a laptop you're dealing with? In either case, check which version of BIOS you're on and if you have any BIOS updates pending for your motherboard. Please list your specs if it's a desktop and the make and model/SKU if it's a laptop.

It is an old acer aspire m1100 desktop and there wasnt an bios update atleast if i watched it right
