Keyboard stops working after upgrade

I upgraded my processor, PSU, GPU, and motherboard (760GMA-P34). First boot went into windows as I used the same HDDs from old build. The keyboard worked long enough for me to login. After that however the keyboard stopped working. the num lock led was stuck on as well. I tried 2 different keyboards in the top left USB slot(closest to PS/2 ports).Even in bios the keyboard will work for just a few minutes before stopping.

Does it do the same thing if you plug into the USB ports below the blue USB 3.0 ports?
Also try it in the USB 3.0 ports.

I have tried every USB port, some don't work at all... I have best results using the top USB ports, even then the keyboard stops after a few minutes.

One other thing, while in windows if I plugged in a mouse or anything else I got the USB not recognized error message.
