Keyboard stops working when harddrive usage is up

I currently have 1 SSD and 2 HDD in my system. And I noticed that when my harddrive usage is up, my keyboard and mouse freezes. I have no idea if its the ssd of the hdds, causing this. But its getting very annoying, I was thinking that my power supply isnt big enough. Here are my system specs below:

Asus ROG CROSSHAIR VI HERO
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
Rosewill Hive Series 850W Modular Gaming Power Supply
G.SKILL Flare X Series 32GB
AMD radeon r7 360 video card
1tb ssd main harddrive
1tb 3.5 and 2tb hdds
1 usb3.0 external blu-ray burner
HP wireless keyboard and mouse, with the wireless receiver plugged into the one of the usb3.0 ports in the front of my case.

I have all the latest drivers installed. Am I correct in thinking that its my power supply or could it be something else. Any help would be appreciated.

i would try plugging the wireless reciever in the back of the case, maybe try a wired mouse

I tried plugging in the receiver into different usb ports in the back of the computer, I tried different brands of wireless keyboards and mice. Tried wired keyboards and mice. It all ended with the same result. The keyboard and mouse still freeze.
