Almost two years ago I bought a Mad Catz Strike te mechanical keyboard which uses kailh brown switches.
The keyboard had worked great until 4 months ago where some of the key strokes, only on some specific keys, were being registered as three key strokes instead of one ( imagine hitting the "b" key once and three b letters appearing on screen.). The keyboard is not really clean since i'm not the only user and the other users tend to eat while using the computer. I've tried air cleaning it to no avail and i'm thinking of using alcohol or something to try and clean the contacts.
But giving the age and brand of the switches makes me think that they may be just going and that it's better of getting a replacement. What do you guys think that could solve the problem? Or is it just better to get another, better, keyboard?
Thanks in advance.
