Keyboard technical issue

I have a lenovo ,360° touch screen I have been having a constant problem because it wouldnt work at all and would work with the power plug ,plugged in somtimes it would start up normally and would be working fine other times my laptop would open the BIOS menu , but my keyboard wouldnt be working. Ive cleaned laptop from all unnecessary apps and cleaned all maleware and viruses from it but nothing changed

Try an external keyboard and see if it will work both in and out of Windows. If it does, then you probably have an issue with the attached keyboard and it may need replacing.
