keyboard thinks ctrl alt shift and windows are being pressed

keyboard thinks ctrl alt shift and windows are being pressed and when i go onto on-screen keyboard it shows me which ones are being pressed.

Computer than has a spazzes out and the mouse cursor pops up with the moving cursor with 4 arrows

update the drivers...try another keyboard...
