Question Keyboard, Touchpad Buttons, and USB ports not working and Razer Synapse not detecting any devices on my 2017 Razer Blade 14 inch?

As the title states, the keyboard, touchpad buttons, and usb ports are not working. The only thing that works are devices plugger in over usb c and the touchpad itself. Also, razer synapse isn't showing any devices. Any help?

Are all of your drivers up to date?

Are you running Windows?

Is it a brand new laptop? Were they working before?
