Keyboard turns off

I got a Comfy KB09e keyboard which came in a combo with a mouse and speaker. The keyboard worked well for a couple of days but then it started turning off and i tried connecting it to another port, it turns on but when i type a letter , the letter keeps typing without my finger over it and minutes later it turns off again. I tried connecting it to a laptop and works for a while but then it does the same. I tried troubleshooting while the keyboard is off and it says the device is working properly.please help
