Keyboard typing wrong letters??

I'm experiencing a very strange issue with my keyboard, hoping someone can help. Right now I have my USB keyboard connected to my laptop. The laptop keyboard is enabled and working fine, but the USB keyboard is typing all the wrong letters.

When I type A I get B
When I type B I get A
When I type C I get D
When I type D I get C
And so on and so forth .... this pattern is evident for each pair of consecutives letters.

What gives?! Many threads on keyboards behaving strange on this forum, but I couldn't find one with my same symptoms.

don't look for the same identical symptoms. This may help. If not, get another KB
