Keyboard v not working at all. Red Dragon s101

So I recently got a new keyboard the Red Dragon s101 but when I got it the v does not work. I have to copy and paste it to type it and that gets really annoying when I have to type anything. So far nothing but that key does not work, It had tried to restart my pc but that had not worked either. I switched the USB ports for a while but that didn't work either. Is the keyboard just faulty and do I need to return it or is there a solution to it?

That's what it seems like, it seems weird since its new and nothing else about the keyboard was broken.

It's plausible, with the chinese brands, alot of the time they sacrifice some quality and rush things, sounds to me like the switches aren't welded into the board properly; RMA that thing - Though I've had a weird issue where sometimes my O-key doesn't work on my PC, been through a couple keyboards so mine is software related.
