Question keyboard was typing something different from what i pressed

when i pressed the m key it would type out "hmn" and the enter key would press f11 and f12 at the same time? it was weird, i tried a different keyboard and it didnt happen on that one, then i restarted my pc and the keyboard that was having the issue is fine now, not sure if this has happened to anyone before

Have you cleaned keyboard recently? wouldn't explain enter but maybe the other keys. Dust can get under keycaps (unless its a laptop or uses chiclet keys)

It could just be the keyboard, how old is it?

It doesn’t delete anything, it just stops non Microsoft programs running with start. Easy to reverse.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
