I use a wired Logitech K120 USB keyboard and a Logitech Wireless USB mouse. I had Windows 8.1 on an old machine that I'm using and upgraded to Windows 10. I wanted to do a fresh install after upgrading and when I start, it restarts the computer and comes to the Keyboard selection screen. Neither the mouse or keyboard is doing anything at this screen and I tried all of the different USB ports for each device which took forever trying to do it over and over. Each time though nothing works on the Select Keyboard screen. I don't have another mouse or keyboard to try with it right now and I don't get paid for 4 more days. Is there anything I can do?

From what I can tell, the mother board is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P with AMD chipset 780G, Southbridge AMD SB700 and LPCIO ITE IT8728. The Bios section says Brand Award Software International Inc. Version F2 and date 03/20/2012. Any help with this problem would be awesome! (Information taken from CPU-Z.)
