It appears that key is stuck on your laptop. You may try prying the pad off and cleaning under it with a Q tip and alcohol, but if this doesn't work, you may need to replace the keyboard. This is fairly easy to do on most laptops and there are vids on Youtube for many different models. The keyboards can usually be found on Ebay.
