[SOLVED] Keyboard won't type C and 3 turns volume down (not sticky keys)

Please help this is getting annoying :/

Boot into safe mode or a linux live cd and see if the issue is occurs there.
If not then you maybe have a macro program running doing this.
If it does the same thing then look for a new keyboard maybe.

It happened to be the keyboard i dont know whats wrong with it but a new keyboard I hooked up seems to be working fine any suggestions?

Which exact keyboard is it?
It could just be bad switches if its a mechanical but given the odd behavior of the 3 key, it may have other issues as well.
