Question Keyboard won't work on Asus BIOS EZ Flash 2

I have an Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 and whenever I try to update my BIOS wth the latest version, once I'm inside the EZ Flash my keyboard won't work and I have to reboot.

Which BIOS version are you on currently and which one are you trying to update to? Make and model of the keyboard and the port you're tethered to on the motherboard?
