Question Keyboard won't work on startup , no windows installed either

Ok so , i removed the cmos battery and now im getting the press f1 to continue on startup , my problem is that my keyboard wont work on startup and i have no way to get into windows in order to acces bios from there .

I got a usb to ps/2 adapter and it doesnt work

Just did that too , Press F1 to Load Default Value and Continue still shows up and im hopelessly locked into this menu because it doesnt have a timer like most mobos

I'll try another keyboard later this week , ps/2 keyboards are not the easyest thing to come by apparently )
