Question Keyboard works in one computer, but not the other.

Hello, so my friend just bought a new keyboard, and it works perfectly fine on his laptop and on his all-in-one low end pc. But, when he plugs it in on his gaming pc, it turns on, works for like 2 seconds and then dies. His specs are:
r5-2600
b450m ds3h
16gb ddr4-3000
600w 80+ evga PSU
rx580 8gb
240gb ssd
1tb HDD (Which is corrupted or something)
I don't know if this would be the keyboard's fault, or maybe the motherboard is malfucntioning, since it works to its full extent on the other 2 PCs. Is there anyone that can help me with this issue? any answer is appreciated.
EDIT: Other keyboards also work on his gaming computer. He has been using a redragon k552 and it works fine.
